Gayle Kittleson, MA, LMFT
Envision the day you believe “I am enough”. We have so many roles to fulfill—partner, parent,
employee, friend—and remember—self care. Experience working in large systems has provided me a
unique perspective and understanding of the challenges facing individuals and families today. I have
background providing crisis services, suicide assessments and follow up support. Listening, being
witness to the grief, stress and trauma of life, stepping alongside individuals to assist them to see
options and make choices using their strengths and beliefs is the base of my practice.
I work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery and relationship
challenges. I have worked with families involved in child protection, individuals with support needs for
mental health, and youth striving to feel connected. I have experience working with grief, coping skills
and individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Values I hold dear are kindness, caring, consistency, growth and being human. I believe in laughing out
loud and sharing tears. I will be real with you. I believe in holistic health, social interest, mind and body
connections. I volunteer at a pre-school and elementary school, love to read and find great joy with our
family pugs.
